Our business model is very different than what you'll find in the big box stores. We have three small showrooms located evenly around town that cost about 70 percent less to operate than the bigger stores in the area. As a result, we're able to offer higher quality mattresses and other sleep accessories from all the brands you know and love at a lower price, and thats why our customers have made us the highest rated sleep store on Google since shortly after we opened our first store in 2011.

We offer a full line of mattresses, adjustable bases, platform beds, and accessories from Tempur-Pedic, Sealy, Wellsville, Cape Fear Comfort Collection, and Malouf. If there's a particular mattress you're looking for that we don't have, just let us know. We'll be more than happy to get it for you and we'll beat ANYONE'S price because of our low operating cost.
In addition, Cape Fear Bedding has a very large warehouse loaded with inventory for same-day and/or next-day delivery, unlike most of our competition.
